MINNEAPOLIS and SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 10, 2003 --Digital River¨, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing, and ContentWatch, Inc., a trusted Internet content control solutions provider, today announced that they have signed an agreement. As a result, Digital River will support the online sales and marketing of the ContentWatch line of Internet content control solutions. In addition to hosting the ContentWatch e-commerce site, Digital River will provide order processing and management, fraud prevention and e-marketing services, as well as support multiple payment options, including international currencies.
