Extensive Layout Options
CalendarMaker includes more than 50 customizable layouts for anything from a one-day agenda to a one-week travel
plan to a one-month activity schedule-all in easy-to-read, eye-pleasing formats. There are also two-week, two-month
and other design options. Calendar sizes can be adjusted from standard 8.5" x 11" to 3" x 3"
or up to 113" x 113".
Color, Graphics Add Flair
With CalendarMaker, users can create calendars that display activities and reminders with text and graphics! An
extensive set of graphics tools can be used to add color and icons to any size calendar. Users can select from
CalendarMaker's library of graphics, create icons, or import graphics from other programs. Calendars can be displayed
and printed in 256 colors.
Automatically Places Regular Events
To ensure that regular meetings or activities are never missed, CalendarMaker includes "recurring events"
which can be set to automatically place regular meetings on the calendar each day, week, or month. For example,
if a user regularly attends a particular committee meeting on the second Tuesday of every month, CalendarMaker
will automatically insert that in the calendar format. CalendarMaker can even remember holidays and other events.
Multiple Day Events
To signify events such as a trip that takes place over several days, CalendarMaker includes a "floating note"
feature. This lets the user create a graphic block that crosses calendar lines, so that multi-day events can be
referenced in a glance.
