General description
MOUNTAIN HIGH MAP FRONTIERS are a collection of the highest quality editable EPS
vector maps covering the world's continents, countries, regional areas as well
as several world maps. These individual EPS maps can be easily and quickly
loaded into most desktop design, publishing, presentation, draw, paint, or image
editing program for the highest quality geographical representation of any part
of the world. Applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia FreeHand or
CorelDraw can edit line styles, width and color and customize map appearances in
a multitude of ways or the map can be imported directly into page layout or
presentation applications such Quark Xpress or Adobe PageMaker.

features 16 America maps, 8 Africa maps, 17 Asia and Australasia maps, 23 Europe
maps, 6 World and Oceanic maps, and 8 Polar maps.
Layers and selectivity
Illustrator layers offer a high degree of selectability. The layers palette
provides the ability to switch on or off selective features within each map.
Layers are available for:
* Box Rule - outline box in 1 point around the map
* Individual countries in 0.25 point, all country borders in 0.5 point, country,
state or province names
* Coastlines in 0.25 point lines and white fills for lakes and inland water
areas
* City locations, and city names
* Graticules of latitude and longitude
* Hydrography - river and tributary systems
* Linear scales in miles and kilometres
* Placed or Background Art, typically the map layer used to place MHM relief
maps
* Separate Macintosh and Windows versions offer full foreign character range
