As we begin the new year, I’d like to say "thank you" to all Digital River partners. We appreciate your business and are excited about the potential for 1999. And, we want to reinforce our commitment to helping you successfully market and sell your products.

We are continuing to expand our account development group to help you plan and execute successful merchandising programs. Additionally, we have created an organization dedicated to increasing sales through our retail channel network. The account development and channel organizations are specifically assigned to your account and are in a position to provide excellent promotional support. We have experienced outstanding successes in the joint programs with our partners for 1998 and envision even better results during the new year.

We have also experienced success with online buyers. In a recently completed buyer satisfaction study, we learned that 91.6% of buyers said they would purchase online again through the Digital River publisher and retailer networks. In the same study, 81.8% of buyers said they would be interested in receiving information on upgrades for the products they purchased. We are pleased with this resounding support for an efficient, secure online shopping and buying experience.
