Partnership Broadens Artisoft's Exposure with Electronic Software
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., July 16, 1999 -- Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV), the leader in
Web-based commerce for digital products, today announced an online delivery agreement with Artisoft, Inc., (Nasdaq: ASFT), a leading provider of computer telephony and communications software designed for small- and medium-sized businesses. The partnership with Digital River expands Artisoft's presence in the online channel to include a wider range of retailers for its communications and networking software.
Artisoft, Inc. delivers superior communication products that assist businesses with communication, productivity, support and reliability using affordable software in areas such as computer telephony, faxing and networking.
Under the agreement, Digital River is adding Artisoft's communication software applications to its database of digital products - including iShare, ModemShare, CoSession Remote and Lantastic - and making them available for both electronic and physical delivery through Digital River's channel.
