Clipart and Illustrations: An application for submission can be obtained in two ways:

• Corel's Fax on Demand system – Call 1-613-728-8200 ext. 3080 and request document number 1033
• .PDF document (requires the Adobe® Acrobat® viewer) – download the document, and open it within the viewer. You may then print the document
