When you purchase a Corel Studio image, your relationship with Corel is governed by the Corel Studio License Agreement. The following is a simplified overview of the license agreement. Corel Studio License Agreement

Purchase Images from our Corel Studio Web site and you’re licensed to use them in virtually any manner and medium, including:

• Web site, online and multimedia designs
• advertising and promotional materials
• broadcast media (video, television, motion pictures)
• multimedia presentations
• packaging designs

10-Seat License

The license for Images downloaded from the Corel Studio Web site includes a ten (10) user license, making it easier to share access to Image(s) with others within your organization. If you would like more than ten (10) users to have access to the Image(s) please contact Corel, by e-mail at pricing@corel.ca.

Limited Restrictions

In order to give you greater flexibility, there are very few restrictions placed on your use of Images available for download from the Corel Studio Web site. The restrictions that do exist include:

• You may not resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the Image(s) for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or Web page.
• You may not create scandalous, obscene, defamatory or immoral works using the Image(s) nor use the Image(s) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
• You may not use or permit the use of the Image(s) or any part thereof as a trademark or service mark, or claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the Image(s) or any part thereof.
