When iZotope was working with the smaller ecommerce provider, new features, functionality and capabilities were being built only as they required or requested. In order to expand brand awareness and growth, and increase sales both domestically and globally, they decided to partner with Digital River.
By partnering with Digital River, iZotope gained a comprehensive SaaS commerce platform and commerce support services such as customer service, professional and marketing services. Gaining these services allowed them to focus on strategically growing their business by allowing Digital River to take responsibility for compliance of local laws and regulations, local banking relationships, handling of taxes or managing fraud. iZotope now has access to robust reporting systems, fraud prevention and a centralized payment gateway in more than 30 countries around the globe.
With Digital River’s Global Commerce platform, iZotope has the infrastructure to enter new global markets, and will soon be localized in Japan, Germany and Spain, with plans to add another locale each quarter. And by tapping into Digital River’s MarketForce digital marketing agency, iZotope has initiated cart recovery and exit intent programs, which have increased sales dramatically.
iZotope and Digital River are collaborating on a series of product launches and are currently investigating implementing a B2B reseller channel. The future is bright as iZotope and Digital River work together to increase revenue and expand global growth.
