For many years executives shared with Forrester their expectation that direct to consumer selling would boost customer lifetime value. But to deliver on the promise they had to overcome a range of challenges from last-mile fulfillment and return in distant markets to local legislative and taxation compliance.
In this keynote session, Forrester will share data about the direct to consumer opportunity for manufacturers and brands and the extent of the challenges they must overcome. Forrester will also pose questions to the audience responding to the (anonymous) attendee polling and encouraging interactive questions and answers. You will leave the session with a list of operational capabilities you must acquire or develop to capitalise on: “Modern Approaches to Growing Online Sales”.
