Scheduled May 14-16, 2012, at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE Hotel, in Los Angeles, Calif., the event will draw top business visionaries, industry analysts, e-commerce executives and senior professionals from the U.S., Europe and Asia to explore some of today’s most pressing e-commerce topics — ranging from social and mobile commerce, to the digital marketplace, the cloud and emerging online geographies. Call for Speakers

To support its conference program, Digital River is seeking proposals from speakers to present lectures, panels and case studies that focus on best practices for accelerating global e-sales. Qualified speakers may submit an application to present at Globalocity 2012. Submissions will be accepted until Nov. 18, 2011. Sessions will be focused on a variety of e-commerce related topics such as key online trends, social and mobile commerce, the digital marketplace, the cloud, emerging online geographies, security, global payments and e-marketing.

Conference speakers will be joined by a lineup of industry leaders sharing e-commerce experiences spanning multiple industries, including software, consumer electronics, travel, entertainment, online services and more.
