Digital River’s Christopher Rence Appointed to Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) Board of Directors
MINNEAPOLIS — Nov. 7, 2016 — Digital River, Inc., a leading global provider of Commerce-as-a-Service solutions, announced the appointment of Christopher Rence, chief information and risk officer, to the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) board of directors. With more than 20 years of IT-related experience, Rence brings deep technical and systems expertise to the association, which is working to fuel Minnesota’s prosperity through innovation and technology.

At Digital River, Rence oversees the global IT organization and enterprise operations, including cloud architecture, security, governance, reporting and data analytics, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery. Rence and his international team of technology specialists oversee five global data centers and a security strategy that positively impacts the operations of thousands of ecommerce stores worldwide. Prior to joining Digital River, Rence served as chief information and business transformation officer at FICO.
