What are the ICE Awards?
Once a year, Digital River formally recognizes its clients for their Internet Commerce Excellence - a.k.a. ICE Awards. The awards showcase small and large companies alike - savvy companies that are putting global e-commerce best practices to work in creative new ways to drive revenues and efficiencies through their online stores. If you have an e-commerce strategy or campaign that generated compelling results, you could be one of Digital River's next ICE Awards winners.

How does the program work?
Digital River's ICE Awards recognize clients in seven categories, including:

Best Product Launch Best Performing Third-Party Promotion
Best Strategic E-Marketing Performance Best Performance by an Online Retailer
Best International
E-Commerce Strategy		 Highest Online Sales Growth
Rookie-of-the-Year  

Judges will select up to two ICE Awards winners for many of the categories and recognize them at one of our Spring Global Network Sales Summits.

How do I participate?
To find out if you are eligible to win an ICE Award, simply read the ICE Awards Qualifications. There are two ways to win an ICE Award.

1. All clients automatically are entered and eligible to win Rookie-of-the-Year and Highest Online Sales Growth. Digital River will select the winners based on sales and promotional data - no entry forms are required for these award categories.
   
2. Alternatively, you can complete and submit ICE Award entry forms for Best Product Launch, Best Strategic E-Marketing Performance, Best International E-Commerce Strategy, Best Performance by an Online Retailer and Best Performing Third-Party Promotion. Please click here to access the online submission form. In lieu of an online submission, you can print out your entry form, complete it, and then fax it to ICE Awards at +1 952-253-8497.

What can I win?
Digital River will present each of its ICE Awards winners with a crystal ICE Award. In addition, ICE Awards winners will have opportunities to be recognized by media organizations from around the world as well as present during educational sessions at Digital River's Global Network Sales Summits.
