Vic Pacor has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology, electronics, M&A, post-merger integration, and executive level consulting. He has been on the Digital River board of directors since 2015 and was appointed CEO in 2022.
Before his consulting roles, Vic was CEO of D&M Holdings (now Sound United), a global operating company for premium electronics brands. Under Vic’s leadership, D&M grew significantly and successfully transitioned through the purchase of the business by Bain Capital.
Prior to D&M, Vic served 13 years in senior executive positions at Sony. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Sony’s North American subsidiary for consumer, broadcast, and professional electronics products. Before joining Sony, Vic was Senior Vice President of Audio Divisions of JVC Company of America.
Daniel Breuer
Senior Vice President, Sales
Daniel Breuer is Digital River’s Senior Vice President of Sales, driving Digital River’s global sales efforts.
With a background deeply rooted in finance, Dan began his career at Digital River more than 11 years ago in the finance organization. Dan led pricing as well as revenue forecasting and analysis, before becoming Director of Finance in 2016. From there Dan moved into the sales organization. Dan was soon leading North American sales and is now responsible for all global sales efforts.
Prior to Digital River, Dan held financial planning and analysis roles at Honeywell within the company’s Automation, Combustion and Controls division.
Keith Bush
Chief Financial Officer
Keith Bush is Digital River’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, and tax. He works closely with other executive leadership team members as Digital River continues to execute on its strategic pivot and accelerate its growth trajectory. Keith brings an extensive background leading finance teams to enable growth at some of the nation’s most iconic brands.
Prior to Digital River, Keith served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Deluxe Corporation, where he led several hundred team members across finance, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and other critical functions. Before Deluxe, Keith spent much of his career in the airline industry, where he played a critical role integrating the merger of American Airlines and US Airways after spending 14 years at Northwest Airlines.
Ryan Douglas
Chief Operating Officer
As Digital River’s chief operating officer, Ryan Douglas leads the company’s engineering, operations and information technology (IT) organizations. Functional areas include customer, technical and business operations, information security, data and cloud engineering, and corporate systems teams. Ryan is responsible for transforming Digital River’s operational support for customers and partners, maintaining service excellence, and advancing the company’s information technology strategy.
Ryan joined Digital River in 2005 and has held numerous leadership positions in software engineering, information technology, and operations. Prior to Digital River, he served at several technical service startup companies focused in the legal discovery, content management, and content delivery space. In all, Ryan has over 25 years of experience in technology and operational leadership.
Becky Garroch
Vice President People and Places
Becky Garroch started at Digital River in 2014 in the UK, overseeing our international Human Resources team. Becky took on a global role and moved to the US in 2017. She directs all activities related to building the global workforce and overseeing places management that drives Digital River’s success. This includes developing talent management and organizational enablement strategies that support the company’s growth initiatives, attracting and retaining some of the top experts in the ecommerce industry, and creating places for our talent to innovate and collaborate.
Prior to joining Digital River, Becky served as a Human Resources leader various technology and financial services organizations, including Hannover Re, one of the world’s largest reinsurance groups, NEC Technology and Veritas Software.
Jason Hofmann
Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Partner Enablement
Jason Hofmann has built his career on finding creative solutions to help enterprise businesses grow revenue. Starting at Digital River in 2010, Jason took on the responsibility for building a global team to grow Digital River’s largest enterprise customer. A complex endeavor that helped shape the way Digital River approaches customer success across teams. As senior vice president of customer success and partner enablement, he is responsible for operations, customer service and partnering with Digital River clients to build fast-paced, global ecommerce businesses.
Jason brings more than 20 years of experience focusing on driving global online commerce across B2B and B2C channels. Prior to joining Digital River, he served in revenue-driving commerce roles at companies ranging from Microsoft to a boutique consultancy focused on extending brands into new markets.
Mike Penterman
Senior Vice President, Product
Mike Penterman leads a global team of ecommerce technology professionals and is transforming our delivery organization from a direct delivery model to a partner support and enablement team. With more than 20 years of experience working in various technology roles, he has a wide depth of knowledge related to ecommerce, project management, organizational transformation, product delivery, and strategy formation and execution.
Prior to joining Digital River in 2003, Mike served in a leadership role at TouchNet Information Systems, an ecommerce company focused on the higher education market. He also has worked as a consultant for Data Systems International and was part of the leadership team that launched technology startup, eScreen. Throughout his career, Mike has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Microsoft, Walmart, Samsung, Motorola, Adobe, and Verizon.
Ted Rogers
Chief Marketing Officer
Ted Rogers started at Digital River in 2017 and brings a unique perspective to the business, with past roles spanning from marketing to credit and fraud to operations. He served first as vice president and general manager of MyCommerce, then vice president of global expansion and fulfillment operations, and vice president of strategic marketing before being named chief marketing officer. His focus lies in communicating Digital River’s value and driving growth for customers and partners by taking a global, scalable and quantitative approach to marketing.
Ted has an extensive background in ecommerce and marketing management, serving as a marketing executive in the industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Digital River, he held a variety of leadership roles at FICO and Bluestem Brands, Inc – Fingerhut and PayCheck Direct.
