(NASDAQ: DRIV), the revenue growth experts in global cloud commerce, announced that it has expanded its Digital River World Payments solution by adding a full card acquiring service for U.S. domestic credit and debit card processing through First Data Corporation, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing. Digital River World Payments will act as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) reseller for First Data.
As part of the combined solution, Digital River World Payments will act as a single commercial, technical and operational connection for online merchants that wish to use the First Data platform for efficient card processing. This joint offering allows Digital River World Payments to further expand its product portfolio, enhance its card acquiring services and strengthen its position as a leading global, turnkey e-payment solution provider.
